This privacy policy and cookies policy (hereinafter referred to as “Privacy Policy”) constitutes a set of rules for processing personal data and collecting cookies on the websites of Warzelnia Smaków (hereinafter referred to as “Service”).

Purpose of personal data processing and legal basis for processing
Users’ personal data will be processed for the following purposes based on the legal grounds listed below:
- Responding to inquiries from Users and contacting Users regarding matters raised with the Administrator through the contact form or by sending an email. The legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR), related to the need to respond to Users.
- Contacting Users regarding ongoing matters, including contract execution between the Administrator and the User, the User’s employer, or the entity represented by the User. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
- Fulfilling contracts between the Administrator and the User, the User’s employer, or the entity represented by the User, including processing orders and accounting. The legal basis is the necessity for the performance of a contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).
- Fulfilling legal obligations imposed on the Administrator, particularly those arising from tax regulations (legal basis – Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR).
- Establishing, securing, and pursuing any claims on behalf of both the Administrator and the User. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
Data recipients
Users’ personal data may be made available to external entities providing services to the Administrator, such as logistics, legal, auditing, and accounting services, as well as IT service providers. Personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.
Data retention period
We will retain Users’ data for the time necessary to achieve the above purposes. If:
- Personal data is processed in connection with the execution of a contract, it will be stored for the duration of the contract and for 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the payment of tax due in connection with the contract expired.
- The User contacted the Administrator – their data will be processed for the necessary period for contacting the User and for 1 year after the contact ends.
- If the personal data of the User is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was processed, the Administrator will retain it only for the limitation periods specified by law.
